Outpatient Mentoring Services

Our Outpatient Mentoring Services at Her Hope Kentucky provide trauma-informed, evidence-based, survivor-led one-on-one support designed to foster emotional healing and restoration.

PROGRAM ENTRY

From day one, our Program Entry process helps each woman find the care and support that best fits her needs. Through trusted residential partnerships across the country, we coordinate placements and provide ongoing guidance to ensure safe, timely access to the right resources.

ADDICTION SERVICES

Our Addiction Services offer personalized recovery plans supported by counseling, peer support, and goal-setting, along with coordinated IOP referrals through court partnerships to ensure structured treatment and legal compliance.

TRAININGS

Her Hope Kentucky delivers powerful, expert-led trainings that expose the realities of sex trafficking and equip frontline professionals to respond effectively. Through practical instruction, participants learn to recognize warning signs and take safe, informed action. We have trained teams in four states, including Attorney General’s offices, the FBI, and law enforcement task forces.

AWARENESS AND EDUCATION

Her Hope Kentucky partners with community organizations and families to provide education, resources, and support—equipping them to recognize trafficking, respond effectively, and protect those they love.
